Main Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care duties
• Managing medication
• Supporting with mobility and transfers
• Meal and drink preparation
• Help clients to access the community
• Providing companionship
• Support with housework

Whilst you don’t need previous experience in Health and Social Care, your passion, interest and focus on improving clients’ lives and promoting their independence as much as possible, are the key ingredients that make our close-knit Care Team thrive.

You will have access to an experienced and supportive Management Team, for development and the opportunity to discuss a clear pathway for your professional development, depending on your individual goals – we will provide you with all the tools and training you need to excel, whether it be a Senior Care Assistant, Coordinator or a Care Manager, one day.
